Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Our free plan includes limited monthly generation, one custom domain, and access to basic themes. It is a good way to try AutoWritten for personal projects. No credit card is required to start.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to all features until then.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On the free plan, content generation pauses when you reach your limit. On paid plans, overage options and spending limits are available so you can stay in control.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans include a 14-day refund window. Contact support within 14 days of your subscription for refund requests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise plans can arrange for invoicing and annual billing.
Domains & Websites
How do custom domains work?
You can connect any domain you own to AutoWritten. We provide a simple DNS configuration wizard that walks you through the setup. Once connected, we automatically provision SSL certificates and deploy your content globally via CDN.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes! You can use any domain you already own. Our DNS wizard will guide you through updating your domain's DNS settings to point to AutoWritten. The process typically takes 5-15 minutes and we monitor the setup for you.
What if I don't have a domain?
No problem! You can register a new domain through most domain registrars (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Google Domains) and then connect it to AutoWritten. We'll guide you through the entire process.
How many websites can I manage?
Domain limits depend on your plan. Each domain can have its own theme, content, and settings, all managed from your central dashboard.
Are SSL certificates included?
Yes. We provision and maintain SSL certificates for connected domains at no extra cost, so your websites can be served over HTTPS.

How fast are the websites?
Very fast! We use Firebase hosting with a global CDN, which means your content is delivered from servers close to your visitors. Most pages load in under 2 seconds worldwide. We also optimize all images and code automatically.
Is the platform mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. All our themes are fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. Your content will look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. We follow Google's mobile-first indexing best practices.
Can I export my content?
Yes, you own all content you create. You can export your articles in multiple formats (HTML, Markdown, PDF) at any time. If you ever decide to leave AutoWritten, you can take all your content with you.
Do you provide analytics?

Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your settings. We'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days, except for basic billing records we're required to keep for legal purposes.
